Blend: Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Muscat and Chardonnay
Description
Grapes are entirely handpicked in 20 Kg boxes and sorted upon reception.
The grapes are gently pressed. Each Varietal is fermented alone at 17degrees.
The wine is stabilized with Casein and cold treatment.
Robe: Pale yellow with golden tinges.
Nose: Fruity, with aromas of grapefruit and Lichee
Palate: It has crispiness, freshness with hints of citrus notes, honey and exotic fruits.
To be served at 8 to 10 degrees, it goes perfectly well with seafood and fish, and also with desserts based on fruits. It can be enjoyed on its own.
