Description
Grape variety: Blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache
Origin: Lebanon
Area: Batroun ( North Lebanon)
Soil: Lime clay
VINIFICATION
Each of the varietals that make this wine is vinified separately in small stainless steel tanks. The malolactic fermentation takes place during winter and ends in the spring at which time the assembly is developed. The wine is lightly filtered before bottling.
Aging potential
Ready to drink and able to last 10 more years.
GASTRONOMY
Taste between 15 and 17ºC with appetizers, red meats and cheese.
