Description
Grapes are entirely handpicked in 20 Kg boxes and sorted upon reception.
Saignée after 12 hours of maceration.
Fermentation at 17 – 18 degrees.
Wine is treated with Casein and stabilized with cold treatment.
Robe:Pale pink and clear
Nose: Bouquet full of strawberry and English candy aromas.
Palate:Silky smooth and delicate on the palate, it offers notes of wild red fruits.
This Rosé can be served at 8 to 10 degree with salads, cold cuts and grills.
