Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah.
Description
Grapes are entirely handpicked in 20 Kg boxes and sorted upon reception.
Fermentation at 27 degrees.
Maceration for about one month.
Aged for 6 months in oak barrels.
Wine is treated with Egg Albumin.
Robe: Ruby Red
Nose: Fruity and pleasant, it offers notes of violets and licorice.
Palate: Silky and smooth. Having round tannins and a good freshness, it can be appreciated at its early age.
Serve between 16 and 18 degrees, with salads or light and grilled dishes.
