Ksarak
A pure grape alcohol that uses only the finest aniseed from the reputed al Heeneh area of Mount Hermon.
The delicate scent of such prime aniseed is truly appealing to the connoisseur, Serve with ice and water and drink it alone or with Oriental mezze.
Description
Powerful yet delicate with lovely anise aromatics. The grapes are fermented, then distilled for the first time. This pure grape alcohol is then redistilled in a specially French designed alembic with the aniseed. Finally, Ksarak is matured for two years in clay jars and only then is the arak bottled for consumption.
