Medals for Lebanon's oldest winery

Château Ksara, Lebanon's oldest producer (the winery is 150-years-old this year) recently won a silver medal (Best in Class) for its Cuvée 3ème Millénaire 2004 at the International Wine & Spirit Competition 2007 in London, while at the 2007 MUNDUSvini International Wine Award in Germany in August, the Ksara's Château Ksara 2004 also took silver.

Meanwhile, to mark the occasion of its 150th birthday, Château Ksara has produced a special anniversary wine Le Souverin made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Arinarnoa, as well as a book and a documentary film.
