Lebanese winery wins eight medals in international competition
Clos St Thomas has won four gold and four silver medals at high profile international wine competitions. Three of the winning wines were made from grapes harvested immediately after Lebanon’s war in August 2006 and are a testament to the resilience and commitment of the sector.

Clos St. Thomas was established by Said Tanios Touma and his family in 1990s on a hill overrlooking over the Bekaa Valley. At an altitude of 1,000 meters, the Bekaa’s abundance of fine terroir, the ancestral know-how of the Lebanese vigneron and the art and passion of Mr. Said Touma all combine to produce exceptional wines.
