Chateau Ka, will be exhibiting at VINEXPO 2007 in June

Chateau Ka, the Makseh winery situated in the Bekaa Valley and established in 2005 will be exhibiting at VINEXPO 2007 in June. Winery owners, Akram and Nayef Kassatly, also announced that Chateau Ka is the first Lebanese winery to use a plantation laser for perfect vine alignment. “We finished the plantation in Majdaloun of 25 ha in just 15 days,” they declared. Kassatly also confirmed that the winery had launched three new vintages this year: Chateau 2005 a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah aged 14 months in Oak, Nuit Blanche 2005 a blend of Muscat and Chardonnay also aged for 14 months in Oak and Source Blanche 2006 an entry level white wine.
