Heritage moves to mono-varietals

Heritage, one of Lebanon’s smaller wineries is toying with the idea of jumping on the single-varietal bandwagon. In late 2006, owner Dr Dargham Touma released a series of six half bottle packs of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Mourvedre. Touma says that the next step is to do the same with Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
